TenantDesk
An AI property-operations platform that triages every maintenance request, tracks rent to the unit, and dispatches the right vendor across a residential portfolio.
// The Operations dashboard — portfolio KPIs, a rent-collection trend rising to 96%, and a live AI-triaged work-order queue.
Overview
TenantDesk gives a lean property-management team a single operations desk for a residential portfolio. It triages every inbound maintenance request with AI — assigning a category and a priority and starting an SLA clock — tracks rent collection down to the unit, surfaces upcoming lease renewals, and matches the right licensed vendor to each job with a cost estimate. BuildspaceLabs designed and built the MVP front end — an Operations dashboard for portfolio triage and a per-work-order detail view for the property manager — turning a stream of tenant requests, rent ledgers and vendor data into a workflow a manager can run in minutes.
Highlights
- Triages every maintenance request by category and priority the moment it lands
- Runs maintenance, rent, renewals and vendors from a single operations desk
- Matches the right licensed vendor to each job with a cost estimate attached
- Every work order shows the signals behind its priority — a triage you can defend
