Most of this work is integration engineering — the storefront is the easy half, and keeping price, stock and order state consistent across four systems is the hard half. We integrate payment providers such as Stripe, Adyen and Razorpay; we do not hold or move funds ourselves.

Have you shipped retail or e-commerce work for a client?
Not in this vertical — we have no named retail client engagement to point at yet, and we would rather say that than imply one. What we can show is adjacent and real: a multi-vendor ordering and settlement platform (vendor onboarding, order tracking, Stripe payment integration, commission and tax computation, automated settlements), warehouse and fulfilment operations builds, and e-commerce MVPs we designed and built for ourselves as demos. If a named retail reference is a requirement for you, we are not the right studio for this engagement yet.
How does AI actually help an e-commerce business, beyond a chat widget?
The value comes from grounding, not from the model. An assistant that reads your live catalogue, stock position and order state can answer 'where is my order', 'will this fit', and 'can I exchange it' without escalating; a language model with no access to those systems can only guess convincingly. The other high-yield uses are unglamorous: enriching and deduplicating product data at catalogue scale, improving search relevance, and drafting the merchandising and support work people currently do by hand.
What are ACP and UCP, and do we need to implement them now?
They are the two emerging standards for buying inside an AI surface. ACP (Agentic Commerce Protocol, from OpenAI and Stripe) is narrow and checkout-shaped — create, update, complete and cancel a checkout, with payment delegated through a tokenised handshake so the agent never sees card data. UCP (Universal Commerce Protocol, from Google with contributions from Shopify and several large retailers) is broader, covering discovery through post-purchase, and starts with a manifest at /.well-known/ucp.json plus structured product data. Both are young and still moving. The low-regret first step is the product-data side — clean, structured, machine-readable catalogue data — because that pays off no matter which protocol settles.
Can you build shelf monitoring or checkout computer vision?
We build the model and the software layer around it — capture pipeline, inference service, alerting, review UI and dashboards. We are not a camera integrator: fixtures, cabling, power and on-site installation need a hardware partner local to your stores, and that partner has to be in the room before the architecture is fixed. We say this at the scoping call rather than after the deposit.
Do you handle payments?
We integrate payment providers — Stripe, Adyen, Razorpay and similar — using their hosted fields and tokenisation so card data never lands in anything we build. We are not a payment institution, we hold no financial licence, and we never touch funds. We also hold no PCI DSS, SOC 2 or ISO certification: PCI scope stays with your provider and your own attestation remains yours, and any build we do is designed to keep it that way.
Can you integrate with our ERP, POS or marketplace accounts?
Usually — and the blocker is rarely difficulty. It is access: several ERP, POS, carrier and marketplace APIs sit behind partner programmes, certification tiers or paid plans, and we hold no vendor partner status of our own. We work through your credentials and your entitlements, so we verify what the APIs actually expose in the first week, before any architecture depends on a field that turns out to be read-only or unavailable on your plan.
What drives the scope of a commerce build?
Three things, in this order: how many systems of record must stay consistent (one is a project, four is a programme), how complex the catalogue is (simple SKUs versus configurable products with dependent options), and whether checkout is being replaced or left alone. Design polish and page count barely move the number. We scope against those axes and quote per scope; our working hours are Monday to Friday, IST business hours, and we do not offer 24/7 support.
