Not a named client engagement in sport, and we would rather say that than imply one. What we can show you in this vertical is our own work: The Rep Studio, 20 gym and fitness sites we designed and built for ourselves as demo builds under invented brand names — nobody commissioned them, and they are marketing sites rather than a shipped club-operations platform. The production systems we point to sit in adjacent verticals and carry the relevant engineering: offline-first mobile apps and live tracking for field operations in logistics, on-premise computer vision in manufacturing, and document-and-payment-heavy backends in finance operations. The engineering transfers; the client logo does not exist, so we do not show one.

Usually not, and we will tell you that before we quote. Off-the-shelf platforms are cheap relative to custom work and they solve the common eighty per cent well, so custom earns its place only where the remaining part is load-bearing — a registration or eligibility rule specific to your federation, a multi-venue attendance model the product cannot express, a billing shape it will not support, or an app your members are supposed to live in rather than tolerate. The other honest question is exit: check what your current platform will actually export, in what format, and whether member payment mandates travel with it, because that constraint often shapes the project more than the feature list does.

It can measure and describe; it should not diagnose. Pose estimation and player or ball tracking are good enough to count reps, flag a rep that falls outside a range you defined, cut a clip to an event, or hold a joint-angle trace next to a reference — and they degrade badly with a phone on a tripod at the far corner of a hall, occlusion, poor light and loose clothing. We build these systems to state what was measured and how confident it is, and to hand judgement to the coach. We do not build injury prediction, rehab guidance or physiological assessment: we hold no medical or clinical credentials, and anything framed that way needs someone who does.

We integrate with them; we do not make them. There is no hardware line here, so what is reachable depends entirely on what each vendor exposes to you. HealthKit and Health Connect are on-device and need the member's explicit grant per data type. Garmin, Polar, Whoop, Strava and Oura all gate their developer programmes behind application, review and commercial terms, with rate limits and backfill rules that shape the sync design. GPS-vest platforms often mean scheduled file exports rather than a live API. We scope every device integration against what your account is actually approved for, and we say up front when a capability only exists on a partner tier you would have to apply for and might not be granted.

No — for real-money formats this is law rather than preference. India's Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, in force since 1 May 2026, prohibits real-money online gaming including money-based fantasy sports and betting, and as an India-based studio we do not build them for any market. E-sports and non-cash social gaming are carved out of that Act, so prediction ladders, leaderboards, streaks and season-long social leagues with no stake and no cash prize pool are buildable, and we would still want your counsel's sign-off on the specific mechanic before we start.

We build the controls; your safeguarding policy and your counsel own the rules. In practice that means guardian accounts that can hold several children, consent captured per purpose rather than one blanket tick, photo and video permissions that are enforced everywhere an image can surface, coach-to-player messaging that is visible to a guardian and to an admin by design rather than as a setting, records of who holds which background check, and deletion and retention rules that actually run. What we will not do is claim compliance: we hold no certifications, we are not your data-protection advisor, and obligations under India's DPDP Act, COPPA or GDPR's rules for children differ by market and change.

Our support hours are business hours, Monday to Friday, IST — which is precisely why we do not build systems that depend on us being awake at your busiest hour. Check-in and attendance work offline and sync later, payments retry rather than fail silently, live scoring and streaming degrade to something a volunteer can still operate on venue wifi, and every flow has a path that works when an upstream service is down. If your operation genuinely needs staffed weekend cover, we will say so in scoping rather than sell you a rota we do not run.
